SHIPPING POLICY
UK Standard Shipping:
Orders placed by 12 noon are eligible for same-day dispatch and will take 2-3 working days to get delivered depending upon location (the UK only).
UK Next Day Shipping:
Orders placed before 12.00 pm Monday-Thursday are eligible for next-day delivery when you select the Next Day Option at checkout.
Next Day Delivery for Jersey & Channel Island, Northern Ireland, and Isle of Man Takes 2-3 working days and for rest of UK delivery takes 1-2 working days.
Orders placed on a Friday before 12.00 pm will be delivered on Monday unless it is explicitly chosen for Saturday Delivery through special request over phone/WhatsApp, for more details see below info.
For Saturday Delivery:
We don't have any Saturday delivery option on the checkout page but we can deliver upon request, to get your order delivered on Saturday please checkout using PickupInPerson Collection option and reach us through WhatsApp / Email for Picking your Order.
Note: Saturday Delivery charges are relatively higher than normal delivery charges which are £29.99 per box & this delivery service is for the UK mainland only.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are going to be dispatched on Monday.
Please Note: we'll not be ready to deliver your parcel on Sundays using any courier.

UK delivery details:
When placing an order with us, please log into your account to ensure the utilization of VAT Number provided for each transaction made. If you skip logging into your account and don't provide your VAT Number, you will be charged VAT.
We can refund VAT within 7 working days once VAT Number is provided.
If your VAT Number. does not work on our system, please email fashioncloth@hotmail.co.uk with the correct details and we will apply it manually for you.
If you'd wish to arrange your own shipping after purchasing with us you're most welcome to do so. We always charge shipping fee at the time of placing order but will refund your account once the purchase has been made.
Alternatively, you can checkout using the PickupInPerson Collection option and arrange your own courier to pick up items from our warehouse in Manchester (UK).
Refund of VAT:
If a customer purchases products with delivery address within the United Kingdom , then VAT is going to be charged. VAT is not applicable for countries outside United Kingdom and European Union. VAT will only be refunded once the customer has the proof of products shipped out of the United Kingdom . Refunding of VAT can take 5-10 working days after receiving the proof of Product Export.
Separate delivery transportation:
If you'd want to arrange your own delivery transportation after purchasing with us (in case you discover our shipping rates expensive otherwise you have an alternative), you're most welcome to do so. To proceed with your own shipment method, please select the PickupInPerson Collection option at checkout & email us with dates when you are going to pick your order.
Please allow us a minimum of 24-48 hrs after placing your order to supply you with the parcel weight and dimensions. After receiving details from our side, you'll book parcel using your own company or from any shipment company of your choice.

Note : All the above mentioned delivery dates are estimated and may vary due to reasons like weather, customs or road traffic etc. In case your parcel doesn't reach you as per schedule, please allow us an extra 48 - 72 working hours before contacting us. We won't be responsible for any claim and that we will not be in a position to cancel your order under these conditions.
If your parcel is not delivered even after 15 working days as per scheduled delivery, we will proceed with a claim & you will either be refunded fully or a replacement will be sent to you with your prior consent.
PICKUPINPERSON (FREE COLLECTION FROM OUR WAREHOUSE)
1. What is PickupInPerson?
Our free PickupInPerson service lets you pick up your order from our warehouse at our working time that suits you. This service can only be availed for all orders placed online.
Order before 12 pm Monday to Friday and collect from our warehouse the same day. Goods also can be collected by your agent if you can't collect them personally . Please note collection from our warehouse is only available for UK customers and for outdoor UK customers only shipping agents can collect the products from us by providing valid export documents.
2. Is everything on the website available for PickupInPerson option?
All of our items are available for PickupInPerson option.
Order by 12 pm Monday – Friday - Collect same day
Order after 12 pm Monday – Thursday - Collect next day
Order after 12 pm Friday – Collect Sunday
Order on Sunday – Collect Monday
3. Who could benefit from this service?
Local customers and customers outside the UK where delivery charges are comparatively high. These customers can ask their agents to gather goods from us directly without paying the shipping fee.
4. How much does PickupInPerson cost?
The PickupInPerson service is free of any charges.
5. How can you make a payment?
You can make a payment by using your credit or debit card or by using your PayPal account.
6. How to use the PickupInPerson service?
Once you have shopped online simply select the 'click and collect option at the checkout to use PickupInPerson service
7. When to collect your order?
We will send you an order confirmation email as soon as you've placed your online order. As soon as your items are ready for collection, we'll call you, using the contact number you've provided. If you're unable to gather your items for any reason we will ship your items by charging you a shipping fee.
8. How long will you've got to collect your order?
Your order is going to be available for collection for five days, after which it'll be returned to our warehouse and your account is going to be refunded. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your money to be refunded, also we'll deduct 10% as a restocking fee.
9. What happens if you're unable to collect your order?
If you're unable to gather your order within five days, please contact us by phone and we will do our best to assist you.
10. Where should you collect your order from?
Once you visit our warehouse simply ask any member of our staff.
11. What are the prerequisites for collecting items?
To collect an order proof of any of the following that belongs to account holder is required.
- The payment card used for the web payment OR
- Valid photo ID on which PayPal has been used (like passport or driving license) AND
- Invoice Copy
12. Can somebody else collect order on your behalf?
We're happy for somebody else to gather your order, but to stop fraud the person you've nominated must present your invoice and your photo ID (passport or photo driving license) on your behalf. Unfortunately without these, we'll not be ready to give them your items.
13. Cancelling a PickupInPerson Order.
Customers can cancel their PickupInPerson order with 14 days of ordering, however, this may end in a Restocking Fee so as to recoup the labor costs and the depreciated value of unsold Active-Wear.
The Restocking Fee depends on the quantity of time between your order and its cancellation and therefore the cost is calculated by the share of your total order:
