IS IT POSSIBLE TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR INDIVIDUAL ITEMS?

No! It is not possible to place order for individual items. Our products are in packs and cannot be subdivided than stated. Information about pack contents can be found in the Product Descriptions on individual products.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO MIX COLOURS IN PACKS?

It's not possible to mix colours in a PACK as it comes in a prepacked single colour only.

WHERE CAN I LOCATE MY ORDER?

Once the order is dispatched to courier, you will receive a notification for the package with a link and tracking number to follow.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL THE ORDER?

It is possible only for unprocessed orders. We do not accept any cancellation requests on order(s) that have been fully processed for packaging. Before logging in the request for cancellation, we recommend to check the status of your order.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN MY ORDER STUCKS TO BE SUBMITTED?

In the event your order cannot be submitted, contact our support team to quickly resolve the issue, or assist you with an alternative method to submit it.

DO YOU ACCEPT MORE THAN ONE METHOD OF PAYMENT?

Yes, we do accept all major Credit and Debit cards and PayPal for Payments.

SHOULD I PAY VAT?

Yes. VAT is included in orders from the UK. Customers can still checkout without entering VAT no, it is not mandatory.

HOW SHOULD I USE DISCOUNT CODES?

You can enter the code at the checkout. Unless specified, codes are not valid when used on discounted items. Only one discount code can be used at a time, you cannot combine any other offers.

WHY AM I NOT ABLE TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE ON THE SALES ITEM?

All discount codes work on items with full price only.

WHY WAS MY ORDER DECLINED?

If your order was declined, you need to check your billing address to make sure it's the same as your statement. If you enter the correct address, please check the security settings on your account at your bank.

DO YOU SHIP FROM THE UK TO ANOTHER COUNTRY?

Currently we do not ship outside of the UK.

WHICH COMPANY DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING?

We use DPD services to deliver orders in the UK.

WHAT IS THE CRITERIA FOR FREE SHIPPING?

Free shipping is available on a purchase of more than £299.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?

The cost for delivery of a box of up to 20Kg within the UK is £10.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO COLLECT MY ORDER PERSONALLY?

For sure! Pick up your items at our warehouse after you have placed an order with Shipment Method PickUpInPerson selected. Read PickUpInPerson Detailed FAQs in our SHIPPING POLICY.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you don't like your order and want to return it due to a genuine reason, you need to log in or sign in to your account on our website and follow the steps to complete the request. Note: We won't be able to process intime refunds for orders returned that don't follow our return procedure as it  will cause delays from few days to weeks. Please see our REFUNDS POLICY for details.

HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A REFUND?

Refunds duration depends on Payment Method. It may take 7 to 9 working days (from the day we received back your returned items) to process your refunds and credit it back to your account. For details see our REFUNDS POLICY.

We upload new products on weekly basis. Don't forget to check us out for New Arrivals.

DO YOU DISPLAY IMAGES OF COLOUR IN A PACK ON YOUR SITE?

Yes, we do display images of colour in a pack on our website.

IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO USE YOUR PICTURES ON MY WEBSITE?

Yes. You can use the model photos on your website but please be notified, we can't give proof of our consent  as we won't involve ourselves in disputes involving other websites clashing using the same pictures.

WHY THE WEBSITE IS NOT BEING DISPLAYED?

You need to update your internet browser to see our site. We rarely experience technical difficulties with our server. A quick refresh will solve your issues. If a refresh isn't working be sure to perform a cache refresh.

IS THERE A SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE FOR YOU?

Yes! We have a presence on Facebook, Instagram and Youtube social networks. You can find our social media links at the footer of our website.

IS IT MANDATORY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT PRIOR TO YOUR STORE VISIT?

Appointment  is not required for our store visit.  If you stop by during our opening hours (10am – 6pm Mon – Fri), we will be more than happy to help you find exactly what you're looking for.
